Nidia Knight is a global HR executive and certified organisational coach who works with senior leaders and executive teams on the people side of change: building capability, navigating growth and leading through pressure. With over 20 years' experience across 65+ countries, she has held executive HR and CHRO accountability for organisations operating in complex, high-risk environments, most recently as Group General Manager, International HR, and CHRO for the Medical Services business line at International SOS.
Her own experience spans Accenture, EY and International SOS, giving her a practical view of leadership from inside the boardroom and outside as an advisor. She is an IECL Certified Organisational Coach, holds a Non-Executive Board seat with WERC Talent Everywhere and completed the Financial Times Non-Executive Director Diploma.
